In the process of development and utilization of water resources, the construction of hydraulic structure is an important factor. In this paper, we studied the impact of differences of laying cooling pipes to the temperature of mass concrete. It is used calculation method to find the difference of a×b (the level spacing×vertical spacing) and b×a on the temperature field of mass concrete. The results show that when arranging the same density of cooling water pipe in the mass concrete, it will be a significant difference when we change the water pipe height spacing and width spacing between. The results should be promoting in practice. Then under the effect of the cooling pipes and pre-cooling measures, it is studied by simulating analysis method in this paper that temperature field and thermal stress and temperature control characteristics of dams affected by fine aggregates in concrete. The results show that fine aggregates in concrete have important affection on the Temperature and Thermal Stress and Temperature Control Characteristic.
