Preparation Of Wood Plastic Composite And Research On Plot Of Plate Glass Casing Box

As we know, Our country's plate glass yield takes the first place on the world , and more than 70% plate glass is packaged by heart wood , but our country's forestry resource is very poor . On the other hand, Plastics industry develops at a full speed, and it produces lots of waste plastics, mixed plastics of city household refuse takes a big part of the waste plastics. It not only seriously contaminates city live environment, but also wastes lots of resource. So it is important to using wood powder and mixed plastics of city household refuse makes wood plastic composite (WPC) to takes place of heartwood .In this thesis, WPC is prepared by wood powder and mixed plastics of city household refuse. The optimum condition is : vacuum mixer temperature 220℃, vacuum degree 0.07MPa , wood powder 25phr , Dicumyl Peroxide 0.2phr , Maleic Anhydride 1.5phr , Short glassfiber 5.0phr , MAPT 7.5phr . WPC shows the best behaviors. Because glassfiber is added into WPC, so WPC's Specific Gravity changes slightly. Melting Index declines from 1.31g/10min to 0.270g/10min ; Tesile Strength promotes from 9.78MPa to 19.2MPa ; Tesile Modulus lifts from 351.22MPa to 1671.8MPa ; Bending Strength lifts from 14.85MPa to 32.31MPa ; Bending Modulus lifts from 671.55MPa to 1565.60MPa ; Distort Temperature lifts from 63.88℃to 109.60℃. All characters have been elevated prominently , its behaviors has no difference to WPC's behaviors , which is made of new plastics and wood powder .With the advantage of WPC product, It is possible to take place of heartwood used for plate glass casing box for wood plastic composite with mixed plastics of city household refuse and wood powder. With optimized plate glass casing box, units-to-one casing box, It not only minimizes casing box number and charges used for boxes returning, but also reduces wasted plastics. The units-to-one casing box, which is made of waste plastics and wood powder, can be used for many times. If it gets damaged, it still can be reused, so it makes best use of materials and reduces pollution. In a word, it will be developed widely.
