In recent years, the technology of seismic isolation and reduction has been already applied in the field of bridge engineering more and more extensively. The lead-rubber bearing is considered to be the ideal device of seismic isolation and reduction of bridges for its good performance of seismic isolation and energy consumption. In this paper, the influences of considering of foundation elasticity and the parameters of the lead-rubber bearing on seismic response of simple supported beam bridge has been emphatically studied and the common parameter optimal design methods of the lead-rubber bearing of isolated simple supported beam bridge have been provided.The main contents are as follows:First, chose the number 7 pier of Kunlun bridge, and studied the influences of considering foundation elasticity on seismic response of free and isolated structure, then analyzed the influences of considering foundation elasticity on rates of the maximal displacement seismic reduction on the top of the pier of isolated structure, and then some significative conclusions has been educed.Followed, made a lot of calculations on seismic response of the piers of number 7 and 12 when the parameters including the lead-rubber bearing changed independently, through by establishing the single pier model of considering the interaction of soil-foundation. Then clarified the influent rules of dynamic response of isolated simple supported beam bridge.At last, took the number 7 pier for example, and made the optimal design of the parameters including the bearing of isolated simple supported beam bridge by choosing three typical seismic waves which are same with actual field's style, then the common parameters optimal design methods of the lead-rubber bearing of isolated simple supported beam bridge have been provided.
