Be close to twenty or thirty years recently, with the development of economy and the living standard, the high building is becoming more and more than before. The high rise building with transfer story is more too. The existence of the transfer floor makes the vertical stiffness change and force's transfer road change. The force's transfer road is become more complex when Considered structure earthquake. So study on transfer story is necessary.Firstly, the author explanation on transfer floor, then, emphasize on introducing the actuality and developing prospect of it. Be dead against studying deficiency of the beam-type transfer floor, there is no special module in PKPM software when the building of transfer floor in earthquake action. So the text use SATWE software and large limited dollar software ANSYS to analysis the earthquake effect which is under 7 degrees earthquake circumstance, study on dynamic characteristic and response of before, we can get that: the dynamic characteristic are same in some degree, because the difference of calculation principle and finite element, we can broad lateral displacement in practical design, and the structure is still safety when there is a little overtake bar.Secondly, the author advances that the structure's mechanical behavior can be improved when the transfer floor is Steel bar concrete, due to common concrete member's mechanical behavior. A study on them, we know that the <>is simpler and can be used for sectional pilot calculation, although it is conservative. The <>is more accurate and can be used for sectional calculation,optimum, although it is more complex; In softwareANSYS, The formula for elastic modulus is EI=E_cI_c + E_aI_a , when Steel bar concretesimulated by beam element; We can get better and more reasonable project, after programming the procedures in which the structure optimum design with gross mass as objective function and has reasonable divergent variables,constraint condition by APDL language.
