The relay protection device is a powerful guarantee for the safety and stability of power systems. Also it is one of the most important course in the major of power system and its automation, which could consider theory and practice aspects. So, the platform of the relay protection comprehensive test plays the important role on the project practice and experiment education of relay protection. Now many different styles experiment tables for relay protection teaching are available, but most of them could only localize on validating principle, it had a long distance between experiment instrument and factual site on power system, and didn't reach to follow factual scene or practical utility; some even conflicted with indeed principle and easily mislead students.Experiment measures of relay protection at home and abroad were largely researched in the paper and a new experiment table of relay protection and secondary circuit was developed. The experiment table adopted a experimental measure which was absolutely inosculating with practical situation of electric power system. The system can simulate the full process of electric power system, from normal running to going wrong and to circuit breaker tripping, then to power cut, to automatic reclosing and to restoration. The traditional analogy methods implementation was described in various characteristic experiments of power system relay protection and integrative experiment, and the process of sample diagnosis and fault treatment of digital computer protection was expounded as well. The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, the design and composition of various plug in connectors in simulation experimental table were given to explain, and power design's safety and reliability were described in detailSecondly, the breaker was the main primary equipment in the development of simulation experimental table, and is also the link bridge of primary or secondary system in the whole experimental table. By explaining of the breaker and comparing of the experimental method, the kind of designing method was presented in the paper which was in accordance with the technological request, then the kind of simulation breaker box was developed, whose voice and movement principles were in coincidence with the actual system.Thirdly, the part of secondary system was designed, which made relay protection and automatic reclosing accuracy rate more than 95%. The protective sample, logical judgment, executive circuit complied with actual request and constituted the full utility, which enhanced experimental efficiency and actual effect.In addition, the central signal's system simulator was designed, the simulator using ZC-23 impacted relay was able to be act, and it held flexibility and convenience as reverted manually and automatically.Finally, the protective experiment measure was described in this paper, the primary system design cooperated analog protection as well as micro computer protection, and the designed system had excellent compatibility and expansion. The algorithm of microcomputer protection and the sample protection technology were compared. Compatibility, algorithm, accuracy and expected experimental results were verified in the paper. |
