Purchase Logistics Mode In Customized-Assembling Enterprise Cluster

Customized-assembling production is a production mode which assembles the part based on the Customized-requirement of the customer .Currently ,this kind enterprises are large-number ,small-size. With the competition from international market ,this kind of industry need new development mode to raise competition ability. Most of material is Purchased from exterior,so purchase logistics is related to the cost and lead– time, therefore ,raiseing purchase logistics level is one of effective approaches which can raise the competition ability. With the development of information technology, this kind of enterprises can be researched as enterprise cluster,and in the current literature, the research about the development of customized-assembling enterprise cluster was rate. This paper has researched the purchase logistics mode which is benefit for academic research and engineering application.First of all, current situation of customized-assembling enterprise and the necessity for new development mode are analyzed, and then, domestic and overseas research actuality of purchase logistics and enterprise cluster are analyzed. Meanwhile, based on purchase logistics characteristics of customized-assembling enterprise and main problem of Traditional purchase logistics mode, a new purchase logistics mode based on logistics center was set up .the characteristics and management strategy was researched.Secondly, under the support of spare part logistics management mode and strategies. A settlement of logistics management platform orienting customized- assembling enterprise cluster is studied and set up, which mainly includes overall frame, technology system, running mode and function model.Moreover, on the basis of research on the settlement of the logistics management platform , logistics management platform has been designed , discussed its function configuration ,application integrate method based on web-service and technology method.At last, the most part of research conclusion on purchase logistics mode of customized-assembling enterprise cluster has been used in the whole set electrolic equipment industry in Chongqing , the management strategy has been used to direct the construction and development of a logistics center which gained the good effect.
