Research On Optimization Of Financial Management Mode Of Large Railway Logistics Enterprises

China's economy has created an economy miracle for thirty years,and logistics is one of the most important changes.The Internet has made the free flow of information possible,while the delivery of objects still depends on the logistics.If the modern business is compared to an organism,the modern logistics industry is its main artery.Modern logistics promotes and nourishes modern business.China's logistics industry has made remarkable progress in the past ten years: its capacity,technology and management patterns are catching up with developed countries and continually making innovations.In August 2014,the general secretary Xi Jinping,impressed with his visit to Mongolia,proposed the idea of constructing the“Grassland Silk Road Economic Belt” and Hohhot was selected as its bridge city between China and Mongolia and Russia.Inner Mongolia is blessed with an advantaged location,close to Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,easy to promote the cooperation between northwestern China cities.However,there are obvious economic limits also.The establishment of the logistics park of Inner Mongolia,Huatong Ruyi Logistics Base,will effectively make the most of the Inner Mongolia's economic advantages,realizing the communication function of Hohhot as a bridge city.It is believed to have an important impact on the development of Inner Mongolia's economy.The establishment of the logistics park of Inner Mongolia,“Huatong Logistics Co.Ltd.” is managed with the modern corporate governance form.Governed by the Railway Bureau,the “Huatong Logistics Co.Ltd.” Is also carved with some traditional features.The unreasonable governance structure,especially its financial system makes it difficult for the company to shoulder the major economic mission of the region.In order to meet its expectation,the introduction of a modern corporate governance structure,especially the modern financial management system is quite urgent.The author summarized the financial management mode of logistics enterprises at home and abroad in recent researches,and combined the realexperiences in Logistics Park corporate governance,especially those in the financial management to form this paper,with the method of financial data analysis.This paper summarizes and analyzes the history and present situation of the development of the financial management in the logistics industry at home and abroad.In the light of the current development of “Huatong Logistics Co.Ltd.”,the factors affecting the financial management of Inner Mongolia and the logistics park are investigated from multiple angles.The method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is adopted in the analysis of data.Studies about the statistics and quantitative analysis of collected data,as well as the relationship between financial management and strategic structure of logistics enterprises mainly use qualitative analysis,systematic induction and deductive reasoning.The purpose is to make an effort to improve the financial management mode of the railway logistics park through continuous exploration.
