| Along with more and more serious environment polluting problems all over the world and reduce of fossil fuels which are limited conservation under the ground, people are thist for exploitation and use of renewable and sustainable energy. The rapid progress on technology for wind energy conversion system has made wind energy to be one of the most important renewable and sustainable energy. Current wind energy conversion system translate the wind energy to mechanical energy by wind tubine, and then convert to electricity by generator. For wind turbine, according to the direction of the revolving shaft in space, wind turbine is divided to two types, one is Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine(HAWT for short), and the other is Vertical Axis Wind Turbine(VAWT for short). And the VAWTs is famous for Darrieus type.The variety of Reynolds number due to the revolving of rotor , the dynamic stall effects of blades since local confused flow around them , and the aerodynamic efficiency change by wind shear are taken into account, combined with double multiple streamtube aerodynamic model based on momentum principle, the theory method for the calculation of wind energy efficiency and power of rotor and aerodynamic load on blades are bulit.For VAWTs, it is leading to structure design of wind turbine that suitable Campbell diagram is achieved. Based on finite element code ABAQUS 6.5.1, gyroscopic effects(coriolis) and aerodynamic(flutter) effects of beam elements which blades are model as are taken into account, the inherent frequence and mode shape of VAWT are taken by the method of large-scale eiegnvalue solving. And for the cable system, the supported stiffness for the top of rotor and dynamic properties itself and determinate on the integrated influence of section, material, elevate angle and prestress force of guy wires of cable system. So the determination of section and prestress force can not judge by only one factor above, it is a circle. Here, the earlier section and prestress force of guy wires and given, then adjust them to make the displacement of rotor on the top and dynamic properties of guy wires satisty the structure design targets, and a method based on finite element analysis is used to determinate the section and prestress force of guy wires.Subject to the design of 1MW VAWT, the main geometry parameters are selected. Taken the wind shear effects into account, the aerodynamic evaluation is done based on the method of Chapter 2, and a suitable solidity and tip speed ratio are taken, then rating wind speed and rotate speed are get. And the aerodynamic load are obtained also, it is used for structure analysis later. Based on the knowledge of Chapter 3, the section and prestress force of guy wires are easily to get, then the restriction to rotor on the top of rotor by guy wires is determinated. And based on structure dynamic analysis for the rotor, the change of dynamic inherent frequence due to the difference of revolving speed, the Campbell diagram of rotor is gain, and it is for a futher design of wind turbine. |
