The Spin flash dryer is a kind of convection machine which hot air exchange heat with material in the form of contact each other. It has the simple structure, low energy consumption, high production efficiency and it operates and maintains easily. The rotating mechanism of the spin flash dryer is a major device which crushes material with high speed under high temperature environment.So The rotor system is analyzed dynamics and Multi-physics coupling to study whether its strength is safe and reliable.In this paper, the finite element method analyzes dynamics and statics’s strength of rotating mechanism.Pseudo modal method is obtained Campbell diagram and calculated rotor system’s critical speed.And it considered bearing stiffness influence on the critical speed.The amplitude-frequency response of rotor system is also analyzed excitation frequency harmonic.It analyzes transient unbalanced response in order to inspect the rotor response at different startup accelerations. It uses Fluent to calculate flow field’s physical parameter which is imported to the statics analysis and the steady-thermal analysis to get structure response and thermal response,whether its static structural strength meets the design requirement. And the analysis result is imported dynamics analysis to get vibration mode and frequency.
