For the purpose of practical application, the thesis studies the methods of analysis capable of calculating the nonlinear seismic response of reinforced concrete building structures, particularly those with"irregular"configurations, subjected to strong earthquake motions. Irregular" configurations including staggered structure, the structure of Large Chassis and upper-tower, the structure of complex connected to the structure. The Procedures may consider the effects of partial floor's elastic deformation, elastic floor simulation with eccentric beam element at both ends of the field with Rigid area , and its axial force, shear and flexural deformation is considered. In space parts, on the assumption that spatial building structures may be idealized as the assemblage of planar substructures interconnected by infinitely rigid floors and that the nonlinear behavior of reinforced concrete elements may be simulated by a modified planar element model with varied stiffness in different regions, a microcomputer-based program of nonlinear dynamic analysis of building structures is developed. A moment-curvature hysteretic model including the pinching effect resulted from shear deformation, which is modified Otani model, is proposed to determine the elasto-plastic flexural stiffness of reinforced concrete elements. the effects of slippage rotations at the ends of reinforced concrete elements due to non-perfective bond of reinforced bars are also included in the hysteretic models. For serving irregular building structures, In this paper, The Procedures consider the two-way impact of seismic wave and can be imported from perpendicular to the two horizontal vibration components by any angle. Using the methods and procedures through three examples verify the reliability of the procedure.The software ,in which Visual basic 6.0 Fortran9.0 and Matlab is adapted to Windows programming , is based on the theory of OOP. With the help of interactive technology .it provides surroundings for data's puttng in easily and meets with the common requirment of the project.
