Urban Park Plant Community Characteristic And Landscape Evaluation In Harbin

City park green is an important part of urban green space, at the same time the plant community is the basic component units of urban green space, whose structure determine the plants landscape quality and the ecological function of urban green space. Design scientific and rational plant community, it plays an important role in protecting and beautify the environment, strengthening park landscape effect, maintaining ecological balance.In the paper, it investigated the plant communities in 17 parks of Harbin, and the floristic composition, the type and structure, also the species diversity as the characteristic of community were studied. In the plant communities investigated, there are 288 species plants belonging to 93 genera in 89 families, and the main types of the plant communities are deciduous broad-leaved forest and deciduous broad-leaved and evergreen coniferous mixed forest. Among the parks, deciduous broad-leaved plants are major species, the rate of needle and broad-leaved plants quantity is lower. The vertical structure of community is simple, the quantity of arbor shrub herb type communities are more than other types, so it is lack of multiform in the patial structure. The species abundance degree and diversity index of communities are high in the urban park of Harbin, it is the basis of constructing plant community abundantly in structure and function.On the basic study of community characteristic, 25 typical communities landscape were evaluated. The evaluation system was established through AHP, it determined the weights of landscape evaluation factors, and through quantitative evaluation objectively for the plant community landscape, the Synthetical evaluation value and ordination were obtained. By analyzing with factors, it shown that the park plant communities in Harbin got high mark in species diversity and the compatibility between plant community landscape and the whole environment, but with lower mark in the compatibility between the landscape around.Choose different groups to evaluate the photos of plant communities with the method of BIB-LCJ would get the value of scenery aesthetic quality. Analyzing the difference on the value of scenery aesthetic quality of plant community landscape among different seasons, the values were significant difference among seasons, so the same community had different landscape effect.Although the foundation and form are different between AHP and BIB-LCJ, the appreciation results were agreeable, it shows that the two method of evaluating plant landscape could be used together to appraisal the landscape qualitatively and quantitatively.Through the research, the results showed that the quality of park plant community andscape were higher than the middle level, but the quantity landscape with high quality is limited, so is the species of most used. The quality of plant community landscape were different among parks, it is with high quality in Hei Longjiang Botanical Garden, The Sun Island Scenic Spot, Park of Shang Zhi and Park of Jing Yu, but low quality in Park Tai Ping and the Water Park. In the future, it should take care of the existing landscape, and make the best use of indigenous plants with high ornamental value in constructing new plant landscape, to build plant communities with integrity structural, variety of types which similar to the nature forest.
