| Slip form as a advanced an ripe construction technique has been applied extensively in architectural industry. But in reconstruction of hydraulic works,traditional construction machine of slip form to place concrete on side slope can't meet the construction demand. A new developed construction machine of slip form is introduced in this paper. It is economic and practical. The construction technique of this machine is introduced too.Beginning from the reconstruction reason, the reconstruction design scheme and the construction condition, we introduce simply the reconstruction survey of DAYUDU junction in this paper. Because this reconstruction project have great concrete quantities, complex construction condition and short construction period,Particularly, the thickness of concrete on side slope is small, more dispersive quantities and more great construction difficulty, so the construction to place concrete on side slope is a key link that affects the construction period, For assuring the construction quality,construction period and construction efficiency,the construction project optimize of concrete on side slope is used as our research topic.The construction machine of slip form to place concrete on side slope design from three parts including track system,formwork system and trailing system. The elevated and forced track overcame the influence of unsmoothness of side slope,the applicabiity is strenghened.Againsting construction characteristics to reconstruct settling basin, track system is improved in some detailed construction including track carriage,track conjunction and slip form shifting etc; Formwork system is improved in forming a complete set with track system;The design of trailing system follow the principle that it has safe reliability and operating convenience, at last we adopt a mathod that slip form is pulled by lever block.The construction machine of slip form determine construction quality to place concrete on side slope,we researched all the installation step, including ready for installation, installing track system, installing trailing system and formwork system etc.afterwards through pilot production,we further improved the construction machine of slip form to satisfy construction needs.we determined concrete freezing status in different age by penetration-resistance method,and defined some construction parameters by pilot production,including concrete match, concrete slump and climbing speed etc.After that we studyed and generalized corresponding construction technique.The test standard to design quality is advanced-performance and practicability of slip form ,the application experience indicated that the machine of slip form can assure the construction quantity ,and the construction cost of slip form consumed 9.8-percent fewer than that of gang form, the construction efficiency increased hundred-percent more than that of gang form,so construction progress is accelerated by far and construction cost is decreased greatly.In a word, the machine of slip form is a kind of advanced and practical construction technique,it has rather extensive applied range in reconstruction of concrete face-slab revetment. |
