The TRS Monitoring System is the solutions of system monitoring for the characteristic of Ticketing and Reservation System (TRS). It carries out the real-time monitoring of TRS. To introduced the technology of Agent into the TRS Monitoring System can improve intelligence, adaptability and expansibility of the monitoring system. At first it was introduced the developmental status of TRS. By analyzing the characteristic of the system framework of TRS 5.0 and the actuality of TRS monitoring, it was explained the necessary and importance of the TRS Monitoring System builded. It was researched the current Agent basic theory and technology, introduced the structure of Multi-Agent System and the means of Agent oriented programming. It was researched three Agent architectures: deliberative architecture, reactive architecture and hybrid architecture, analyzed and compared their advantage and disadvantage, in combination with the monitoring requirements of TRS, a four layer mixed Agent architecture suited for the TRS Monitoring System was designed.By analyzing the pivotal and frequent question of running relational TRS normally, the source and means of needful information for the TRS Monitoring System were decided. Based on the four layer mixed Agent architecture, the project of the TRS Monitoring System was researched and designed including the framework of system, network and function, the means of realization. The application of TRS Monitoring System changes the maintenance mode of TRS, turns passive mode to active mode. Detect potential questions in time, reduce system failure, which can ensure the stability and security of TRS and is more applied value.
