| With the development of economy, water consumption become more and morebig and the water supply popularizing rate become more and more high, so highquality and efficiency supply is the waterworks’ main objective and task. It is notonly a great economic value but also the important social significance to introduceadvanced intelligent technology into water production control system, to meet thereal-time data acquisition and monitoring requirements and make high technologyenterprise of water supply.Passing the further research on Agent and Multi-Agent system,the theory ofproduction process monitoring and control system of waterworks, this article inview of the plant production status and based on the theory of multi-agent, analyzesthe architecture of the monitoring system and builds a distributed model ofproduction process monitoring and control system of waterworks, which canprovide a new scientific method for the advanced operation of waterworks. Itscommunication language is KQML-ACL (knowledge query and manipulationlanguage, agent communication language) communication language in common usein systematic communication language. The system includes site Agent, workshopmanagement Agent and system management Agent and the operation of waterplants is realized by the communication and coordination of each Agent. The basicstructure and primary function of individual Agent designed in this paper fullyembodies the reasonable and advancement of the new control system.Water treatment control technology is the key step to ensure the quality of theoutput water, and drug dosing is very important link water in treatment technology.Based on the analysis of drug dosing principle and control requirements, this paperputs forward a corresponding Agent-based control scheme which is conforming topractical requirements. This scheme focuses on drug dosing system’s compositionand characteristics, and designs the basic structure and main functions aboutindividual Agent in subsystem. This subsystem is composed of one managementAgent and four function Agent, management system is the correspondent andcoordinator, also is the subsystem’s task decomposition manager; four functionAgent in charge of finishing their own tasks, and communicating with managementAgent to achieve water purification purpose together.Finally, using of the Visual C++6.0and ASP programming software, this paper designs the man-machine interface of central control room. Through theinterface water production managers can master the real-time production line databy the first time, monitor the system no production site in the production processcontrol operation, and set up process parameter, to improve productivity and reducelabor intensity. Safe and reliable effective monitoring system not only guaranteethe smooth progress of water production process, improve the efficiency of waterproduction, and protect the personal safety, eventually bring huge economic andsocial benefits to enterprise. |
