Research On Industrialized House System Of Precast Concrete Structure

Based on current findings of the precast concrete structure inland and abroad,relating to the testing research, the analysis on a new type of industrializationresidential precast concrete structural system constructed by Vanke Co.Ltd has beendone,the main achievements of the thesis are listed as following:Firstly, By site loading test on the first domestic precast concrete structurebuilding, the stressing performance, deformation characters and inner forcedistribution features of the building with assembled integral type laminated andcontinuous floor slabs have been analyzed. The test result indicates: The aforesaidfloor slab is with large overall rigidity, good overall working behaviors, smalldeformation value. The assembled integral type laminated and continuous floor slabwith pre-fabricated plates, single-direction steel bars, double-direction reinforced andwith post-cast course to be integrally cast is suggested in the dissertation meets thestructure need of new type industrialized residential development. The test resultshave realistic values to the application and popularization of the floor slabs toindustrialized residential buildings.Secondly, Through site monitoring test, it analyses the reliability and integralperformance of beam-column joints and beam-beam joints in new mode industrializedresidential building structures, illustrates the un-rationality of the disassembly methodfor three-dimensional components, and gives the idea of reasonable disassemblymethod for components of pre-cast concrete industrialized residential structures.Thirdly, The technical economical objectively analysis and benefit estimation aregiven for the fist domestic pre-cast concrete industrialized residential building. It shallprovide experience of production and production organization and shall be withreference value for subsequent studies.
