The increasing building energy consumption has affected our country's sustainabledevelopment, therefore, building energy efficiency must be imperative. As air conditioningenergy consumption accounts for a quite great proportion in building energy consumption,especially in hot summer and cold winter area. Therefore, researching and applyingtechnique measures which can reduce air conditioning energy consumption appearespecially important to building energy efficiency.To reduce air conditioning energy consumption, it mainly starts with two aspects. Oneis to improve the performance of building envelope, the other is to enhance energyefficiency ratio of air-conditioning system. The first aspect is a prerequisite. Therefore, inview of climate and building characteristics in hot summer and cold winter area, this articleresearches the relations between building body-type, orientation, envelope structure, etc.,and building air conditioning load, besides, their influences to building air conditioningload. In the meantime, this article studies energy efficiency technique of building envelopeand their performance indices.This article puts forward using AHP to carry on decision analysis of building envelopedesign schemes of air conditioning building, AHP combines qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, so it provides a strategic method to choose the best comprehensivescheme. This article takes Energy Efficiency Demonstration Project——administrativebuilding of Dongguan municipal Party committee Party school as a example. It simulatesand calculates out air conditioning load of different envelope structure schemes usingDeST software. Then it chooses the best scheme with AHP establishing mathematicsdecision model. Using this method can carrying on building energy efficiency design andinvestments disposition more scientifically and rationally.By AHP analysis, this administrative building's building envelope should adopt pinupmembrane double glazing window (double membrane), planting-roof and TDL externalinsulated compound wall. Every scheme compared with original design scheme can reduce 20.5%,17.4%,19.1% in annual accumulative air conditioning cold load. In addition,with further AHP analysis, investing at window or roof can get better energy efficient andeconomical effect, investing at wall comes second.The building researched and calculated in the article is a practical project in hotsummer and cold winter area. The meteorological data and envelope structure thermalparameters take this area's energy efficiency design standard as a standard. It has a betterreference value to building energy efficiency design for this area. |
