With the development of society and the growing demand for energy,China has become the world's second largest energy consumer country.In the composition of energy consumption,building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of total energy consumption,building energy conservation has attracted more and more attention and the policy for energy efficiency renovation of existing building has been promoted through the country.As the existing building with special value,historic building is not only the carrier of regional historical and cultural information but also the material form of the city's historical style.Therefore,energy efficiency renovation of historic building is more important.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of energy efficiency renovation of historic buildings at home and abroad.We investigate and study 8 historic office building in Tianjin,and analysis the unit area energy consumption index,room temperature qualified rate,excess heating rate index,wall temperature,thermal performance of building envelope and Pearson correlation coefficient.The results show that there are poor the thermal performance of building envelope,serious the air leakage phenomenon,poor indoor thermal comfort and high building energy consumption,and the corrected value of heating energy consumption is up to 1.881GJ/(m~2·a).In particular,the Pearson correlation coefficient of the water supply temperature and the outdoor temperature is less than 0.1,and the heating system operation regulation is very serious.Secondly,the historic office building is analyzed,and it is concluded that the difference in the shape coefficient,the thermal performance of building envelope,the operation regulation of heat supply system from the common existing office building.According to its characteristics,this article puts forward that the transformation of the building energy conservation should be mainly based on the transformation of the building envelope,and optimizing operation regulation strategy of energy system.By using the analytic hierarchy process,the weight model of building energy saving reconstruction evaluation objectives is established,and the weight of the energy saving renovation of Indoor comfort,building energy consumption and reconstruction cost is 0.3568,0.3681 and 0.2751.Finally,the application of DesignBuilder energy simulation software to simulate and analyze the different transformation technology,get the quantization of the transformation cost,building energy consumption and indoor comfort index.The historic office building energy-saving transformation of TOPSIS multi objective evaluation model is established on taking energy,environmental and benefits as the breakthrough point,then comparative analysis of foreign technology transformation of windows,walls and roof building.The result is that the relative proximity is 0.1532,0.8861,and 0.1142.It shows that the comprehensive effect of building envelope energy saving renovation is greater than the external window transformation and the roof renovation.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the transformation of the historical style and features of office energy saving.
