Excimer laser surgery for cornea develops rapidly in recent years, the excimer laser diopter correction and aberration correction have been proved efficiency and safety. Accuracy of model is a very important step in LASIK surgery, and it is the main factor which affects the quality of vision.The paper is based on the AOV-FB system developed together by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and 66 Vision-Tech Co. (Suzhou), Ltd., mainly use theory model into the AOV-FB to satisfy the need of people's not only seeing clearly, but also permanent. Main research achievements of this paper are as followings:1.A basic element of visual optics which was related to refractive error correction was described, and it can be used to cornea of excimer laser surgery.2.The relationship between refraction error and cornel ablation depth in theory was erected. Related research results are researched, a torus was used as the model for initial corneal surface, spherical surface was used to model regular myopia and hyperopia based on it. And aspheric surface factor which acted as the parameter of the ablation model was mainly studied. Matlab was put into simulate the single myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism while the model was alao put into Refractive Error Correction Syste and use PMMA to check.Finally,we contrast the conclusions in order to validate the accuracy of the theory model.3.The realization of the model in the corrective equipment was researched. Giving a quantitative determination for the influence that laser spot parameters and scanning style may have on corneal surface smoothness, thus providing a theoretical basis for the optimization of ablation and the improvement of corneal surface smoothness, which may help to reduce the corneal haze. The ablation profile for the correction of wavefront aberration was presented and simulated on computer.According to this paper's research result, we developed the ophthalmic excimer laser system,and have achieved satisfying outcomes.
