| Along with the rapid development of the country economy, as the vitals of the economy development, the railway transport is attented by various facet. Due to the low speed, railway transport does not suit for the rapid development of the country economy modernization construct. To solve the conflict between the lack transport ability and the increasing requirement, the Railway Ministry regarded the speed-up and the heavy-haul as the direction. From 1997, six speed-up on great area had been actualized, as the equipment of security, air brake system became the emphasis of research.In this paper, simulated the air flow by use the fluid flow theoretics, based on the configuration and function of F8 distribution valve, established the air brake system model with F8 distribution valve. Developed the computer simulation program. Compared the results of the pressure of brake pipes and brake cylinders and train braking distance with the results of experiment, proved the validity of the program.Used this program to calculate and forecast the brake capability of the express freight train which uses F8 distribution valve, braking distance of emergency brake satisfies the prescript of the Railway primary technology policy of PRC, the train can stop in the required distance.Used the simulation program to calculate abundant conditions, to simulate the brake capability and brake rule of F8 distribution valve which affected by various parameter, researched the main factor which affect the brake capability of F8 distribution valve, including the length of pipes, the elasticity of springs and the area and weight of pistons.By use this simulation program, not only can research on the brake capability of F8 distribution valve, but also can improve the valve, economize the time of experiment, accelerate the design of new production, and has important significance for design the new brake system which adapt for speed-up, high-speed and heavy-haul train. |
