With the rapid development of DC transmission technology,the problem of noise in converter stations is also increasingly valued by society.Zhaoqing converter station has carried out three phases of comprehensive noise control project,which greatly improved the living environment of surrounding residents,but the phenomenon of noise nuisance still exists.This project aims to find out the root cause of noise nuisance through noise analysis of converter station equipment,and select an optimal comprehensive noise reduction scheme for the main noise sources to completely solve the problem of noise nuisance.The research methods of this project are as follows:Firstly,through consulting references,we can understand the technology of domestic and foreign noise reduction and the noise control methods in converter station,and study the noise characteristics and the noise reduction principle of power equipment;Secondly,we can carry out noise test in converter station,and establish converter station noise database so as to establish acoustic simulation model of converter station;Thirdly,through the analysis of noise spectrum at sensitive points and the prediction and analysis of contribution value of noise sources,we can determine the main noise sources disturbing the residents,and calculate the noise reduction target value of each noise source;Fourthly,after investigating and surveying,we preliminarily determine several kinds of noise reduction schemes,and predict the noise reduction effect of each scheme.In combination with the thermal effect of ventilation fan,economic analysis and other factors,we select the optimal noise reduction scheme;Fifthly,we carry out the box-in design of the converter transformer in service,including the structure type,the arrangement of top cover,the forward moving distance of the converter transformer cooler,the temperature control and other specific implementation links,and evaluate the impact of the operation and maintenance;Lastly,through the research of the capacitor noise test scheme which is consistent with the actual operation condition,we compare the noise reduction effect of the capacitors with auxiliary noise reduction facilities or new low-noise capacitor installed by different manufacturers,and evaluate the stability test to determine the final noise reduction scheme of the capacitor.In this project,we found that the three noise sources of noise nuisance are the body of the converter transformer,the first group of DT11 / 13 capacitors and the second group of DT11 /13 capacitors,then put forward the economic and noise reduction measures.The research results of this project provide an important comprehensive noise reduction scheme for Zhaoqing converter station to solve the problem of noise nuisance,provide theoretical basisand engineering reference for the box-in design of the converter transformer in service,and put forward an noise test method of capacitor,which is consistent with the actual operation conditions.
