Study On The Tourism Highway Network Planning In Grassland Region Of Inner Mongolia

In recent years, along with socioeconomic development and the grassland culture influence unceasing expansion, the grassland tourism is gradually becoming a new tourist market. Especially, here is the advantage of grassland tourism in Inner Mongolia. But the grassland tourism's further development is restricted actually by highway this is the foundation of its progress. At present, the percentage of coverage and accessibility of highway network in Inner Mongolia are low. It is difficult to satisfy with the need of tourism development and is urgent to constructing highway that is special use for evacuating the tourist and entering tour area to enhance the accessibility. Therefore, it is necessary for developing traveling road.Planning is the precondition of tourism highway construction. Though highway network planning theory is mature, it is scarce that highway network planning academic research according to grassland tourism. On the premise of avoiding the destruction in the grassland ecological environment, tourism highway network planning is researched to perfect traffic foundation establishment of grassland tourism area for attracting more passenger flows and promoting tourism's development, which combines with the characteristic of grassland tourism in Inner Mongolia. So it has the certain operation significance for accelerating the economy growth of the grassland. This paper's research is based on this.The relation tourism to the highway development is showed by using the statistical data of tourism developmental province. And the direction of the grassland tourism highway development is pointed out: it should pay attention to increasing mileage of highway in earlier period and improving road quality classification structure in later. Based on important distribution method, grassland tourism highway network distribution is designed and optimized combining development model of grassland tourism and modality of tourist attractions distribution. The influencing factors of importance about tourist attractions and the question of theory application in grassland tourism highway network are discussed. Finally the content and method of evaluation on it are studied. In short, the theory system about the grassland tourism highway network planning is established primarily.
