| Saving energy sources and Redusing waste gas are the essential nationalpolicies of China, and it is also the fundamental requirement of building aneconomy society. Housing construction use and waste large number of energy, soeconomize the construction energy is an urgent matter. Shanghai is one of thecities that have the highest population density, and it is necessary to solve theproblem of inhabiting in Shanghai by constructing high residential buildings.Therefore, saving energy sources of high residential buildings is the key problemto be solved in all aspects of the city construction in Shanghai.This dissertation narrates the historical progress of residential buildingssaving energy in the course of city construction in Shanghai and unscrambles thedesign criteria concerning the residential building in Shanghai. Moreover,investigating the developing process of Shanghai high residential building,resolving the structural traits and safety problem, according to the zoneposition, climate characteristics of Shanghai district, this dissertation analyzesevery aspects of reasons for residential energy consuming, and characteristics ofenergy-consuming of high residential building. This dissertation begins with theenclosure structure of high residential buildings, combining the practicalexperience of residential energy consuming, to analyze the concrete technicalmeasures of heat preservation and adiabatic of Shanghai high residentialbuildings. By comparing to the advanced energy-saving technology abroad andanalyzing the disadvantages that exist in the course of saving residential energy,this dissertation suggest that in Shanghai district we are supposed to improve thetechnical criteria of saving residential energy, standardize the building materialmarket and ensure the constructional quality so that the plan of saving energycould be carried out efficiently, the project of lessening constructional energy-consuming be executed and the goal of saving energy be achieved. |
