Construction Technology Of The Prefabricated Sleeper Of Prestressed Concrete

This paper mainly studies the construction techniques which use 1067mm steelwires to prefabricate pre-stressed concrete sleeper. It adopts two different techniques,the unit assembly line technique and the long-line technique, to research thecharacteristics and cost of two different construction technology. In the process ofresearch, the first we design the shop drawing, prepare the construction technology,organize the construction and calculate correlation structure etc. The next thecircumstances of local of the engineering, which include the surrounding geographyenvironment of railway engineering in Luanda of Angola and requirement of the locallaw and technique standard of the Ministry of Communication and the Ministry ofRailway of Angola, were combined. And the last many experiments were done inorder to get related data to test and analyze. The result of this paper was expected toafford some references to internal same trade.
