Slab-column structure assembled by monolithic prestressing is a type ofstructure system in which prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs and columns aremain members bearing load. Compared with traditional style, it does not have framebeam and makes the building space wide. Simultaneously, Beause the members areprefabricated in factory and assembled in the very site, it is a type of indstrialproduction construction in the true sense, it becomes much more popular due to itscheapness and it can reduce the storey height effectively. In this article, the reasonable height and span of columnslab residential buildingassembled by monolithic prestressing with the help of SATWE software, according tothe anlysis mechanical properties of slab-column structure assembled by monolithicprestressing and with regard to the popular residential building style. The researchmainly includes the following:(1)The structure feature and construction method is advanced. Slab-columnstructure assembled by monolithic prestressing is composed of quadrangle-shapedslab system and spindle-shaped slab system. The study sums up the features of thetwo systems separately. And the thesis introduces the construction method ofquadrangle-shaped slab system in detail.(2)The computation method of equivalent rigidity and equivalent mass ofhollow-casted floorslab which considered as isotropic continuous slab is advancedwhile slab-column structure assembled by monolithic prestressing is analysized withthe help of SATWE software.(3)Considering the amount of structural concrete of a unit construction area aseconomic indicator, the reasonable height and span of columnslab residential buildingassembled by monolithic prestressing are analysized.
