The problem on waterproof in bridge is the pivotal function to the endurance of bridge struction. There for waterproof system is out of uniform standard without reference to overseas or inside. The newfashioned CRMA is used for waterproof in this paper, and compared with SBS Modified Asphalt. The test research on waterproofing material and waterproof layer is to make sure the fitting waterproof system in bridge.The test research on waterproof material in paper includes shearing strength between layers, anti-heat aggregate breakthrough experiment and anti infiltration character of bridge waterproof layer. The basic content involved:1. In order to research the shearing strength in layers of bridge waterproof, tangential test was be used in part. The difference of temperature, pave ply, bestrew detritus diameter between Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt and SBS Modified Asphalt are considered through the test. However, the result shows that temperature is the most important factor of shearing strength in layers; bestrew detritus diameter is the next one; and then is pave ply; waterproof material is the trifling one. And it can be seen that the best project is CRMA at normal temperature; pave 1.5mm; bestrew 5—10mm. In this way the effect of interbedded cut power is best of all. It also can be forecasted in the same condition between CRMA and SBSMA, and the conclusion reveals that CRMA's value of the power is the most, and it is the best waterproof felt tier of bridge.2. HP-4.0 anti infiltrate apparatus of concrete, which can auto redressal press, was be used in concrete test piece with waterproof layer inside. It can be seen through the test that CRMA waterproof layer is able to satisfied water-repellent need.3. Trake apparatus was used in test to show that waterproof layer could effect a little by heat aggregate, and there is no breakthrough.ABAQUS software is used to real project to analyse the structure system, which include bridge deck, waterproof layer and asphalt pavement after research on test and data analyse. Thereby educe the place of max shearing force and given the infection in arribute of waterproof material and thinkness of pavement.Finally, waterproof system was constructed on real project, and then introduces the control and check apparatus and guideline, according as scale molar of construction.
