The tunnel going through the Huanghe is one of the key constructions in the middle line of South-to-North water diversion project, the engineering geological condition is very complex and the technology is very difficult in the project. The ground that the tunnel goes through is very complex. During the construction, because of the vibration, the stress of soil will release, and then causing the soil being unstable. If the clearance doesn't be filled in time, it will result in the tunnel being not circular and affects the effect of the piece's installation. It also lead to the stopcock can't stop water effectively. The research's result can be applied to the shield tunnel's construction. In a word, the research is very important measure to assure the tunnel's construction. The research has obvious economical benefit.According to exiting research results and the project examples in domestic and oversea, combining the engineering geological condition of the tunnel and demanding of waterproof, we evaluate different grouting material. According to the indoor experiment, we study the ingredients'impact on the grouting material's performance. After completing the experiment that different proportion impact on the grouting material, we optimize the proportion according to the experiment and the numerical computing method. According to the optimized results, we do the simulated experiment. The experiment content includes grouting in water, grouting under water press and without water press. We evaluate the effect after completing these experiments.After completing the experiment, the grouting material has these performances. First, the material can meet long distance transmission and the fluidity assures it can fill the clearance completely. Second, the material coagulates in setting time. Third, the early and long term strength can meet demanding of shield construction. Fourthly, after the material coagulates, the bulk shrink can't over 5%. It can be diluted by water easily.
