South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Phase1 Project was officially open at the end of the year 2014,the main problems facing the project have been changed from previous construction safety to project safety.To ensure the safe operation of the project,to carry out the operation safety production risk inrespection research for its running project and analyze the problems of risk involved is very important.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the operational security risks of cross-building engineering,bridge engineering,which affect the safety operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is systematically studied.Through identification of engineering risk factors,it defined various failure modes,failure mechanism and its risk factors.Teased out the assessment standard of project risk index and failure consequences standard.And also analyzed the risk assessment result,the risk analysis,evaluation method of running project safety operation are established.It has enhanced the theory of safe production of large-scale water diversion project.(2)A series of special factors affecting the operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,including natural disaster,dramatic changes in Earth's climate,any other external force,the risk points for the safety inspection of the project of cross-building engineering,subsidiary project(bridge)are developed and the corresponding control and preventive measures are put forward.In order to improve the safety of engineering operation.(3)The cross-building in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a case study,application of the proposed risk identification,assessment standard and other theories,assessed for typical building operation risks,carried out the number of risks in each project section,analyzed the reasons of their risk levels,it provides a theoretical basis for operation risk control practice of all types of buildings in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
