Double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive is a new-type drive. After analyzing the merits and the shortcomings of involute-gear ring-plate drive and traditional cycloid drive each, we proposed the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which possess the merits of small volume, light weight, wide range of transmission ratio, high efficiency, uniform operating, well knit-structure, high load-capacity. Because of double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive is still at the stage of studying, it is extremely meaningful for mechanical industry to learn its dynamics, to reduce the vibration and noise and to analyze the transmission-error.This article mainly explored calculation and test of the natural-frequency, the experiment and improvement of vibration and noise as well as the Contact Emulation between pin wheel tooth and cycloid wheel tooth on the basic of theories that had already been used.By using the method of dynamic subordinate structure we establish the elastodynamics model of the whole system, establish the differential equations of motion of the system, there are 39 freedom-degree in the system, and then figure out the natural-frequency of the system, which establishes the method of theoretical analysis for studying the dynamic behavior of double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer.To analyze input shaft, ring-plate as well as box by using Ansys, and then to figure out their natural-frequencies and vibration-types. In addition, we made a comparison on results got by calculation and experimentation to get more accurate frequency values and vibration-types, which is the basis of the reduction of vibration and noises.We made vibration tests and noise tests on the parts and components of the reducer by using the Test Software of China Orient Institute and Artemis, therefore we knew the main factors which causes vibration and noises, and then proposed the improvement measures.In order to consider the influence of tip relief to stress and distortion, making the ring-plate cycloid contact stimulation under the environment of Ansys .
