| To construct a large-scale project in the condition of soft soil, the risk management of infrastructure engineering, especially deep foundation pit, is more and more emphasized, and the risk analysis and risk control of this kind of project have been researched since the year of 2000 at home. The scale pit of Baosteel's 1880mm hot rolling factory, which is currently the deepest foundation pit constructed in the metallurgical industry of Shanghai and China, adopted the technique of diaphragm wall support of negative 53m, pressure releasing and dewatering to the two confined aquifers using inside and outside deep pits, and dry sealing of bottom plate of negative 36m. According to the basic process of risk management, in the article the initial information of risk management is collected, "risk-time function model" is applied, the strategy of risk management is established, and the solution scheme is put forward. In combination with risk management in the article, the construction characteristics of scale pit, the main measure taken, and the difficulties and countermeasure are discussed. In the meantime adopting "risk-time function model", the risk assessment of solution scheme on risk control is brought forward. |
