| With the development of the MTR system construction in the big cities of our country,new economical circles have been formed along the metro lines,and promoting the economic development of the whole city.The MTR property projects,which are the development and the utilization of the land along the metro lines,are promoting the city's fortunes and have achieved common operation and development combined with the metro.Recently,Tianjin metro construction has made such a big progress that the MTR property will be the trend in the future.Located in the Heping Road Station,Line No.3,Tianjin TeeMall is a typical MTR property.This project has deeper foundation pit than common ones.As a result,it not only proposes higher demand of construction technology and construction management,but also takes more risk during the construction progress for the construction site close to the metro and the complicated geological and hydrological condition of Tianjin.This paper mainly studies on the construction of deep foundation pit in case of Tianjin TeeMall project by applying the engineering risk management theory.First,the paper identifies the primary and typical risk factors of the deep foundation pit of operating MTR project and determine risk assessment system,by doing deep research,collecting all kinds of aspects of information,communicating with the experts from all units like owner,construction unite,monitoring unite and so on,and comparing with other similar projects.And then,it makes the conclusion of the risk degree to estimate and evaluate the risk factors,by using the expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,it discusses the response strategies and treatment measures about the risk factors.This paper aims to provide help on risk management of deep foundation pit construction of Tianjin TeeMall project,makes conclusion and provides the reference on similar projects. |
