"Long-term project ,quality first" is the guideline of construction project in china. As the gradual development of real estate industry and construction market in china, people focus more and more on project quality. Project quality always relates to the safety of life and properties on people, the survival and the development of owners,construction enterprises and supervision enterprises. Quality defects often tack place in construction stage. Recently, people's complaints about quality defects mostly lie in construction quality of civil houses. As the supervision institution being carried out, the most tasks about project quality control are carried out by supervision enterprises, so, parts of owners ignore the construction quality's process control in the project and the effect attracted by it and also the judgement of construction quality. They also lack check-up in construction enterprises about their quality control. So, once serious quality defects happened, it is too late to save them. According to these reasons, this text analyses the status and the problems of quality control in construction project at home and abroad and elicits its' research topic. Then, the author takes a project that he ever took part in as an example and combines his own experience to elaborate how to build a quality control system for the owners in order to strengthen the management and the control to construction enterprises and supervision enterprises. This text also elaborates the key points to carry out quality control in construction stage which in order to provide available suggestions for the owners.
