Abstract/Summary:
With the increment of different kinds of nonlinear loads, especially the widely applied power electronic equipment in distribution systems, power quality becomes more severe. More and more customers are strict with power quality, so it is very urgent to solve power quality problems of those customers as power pollution sources. Compared with the traditional power quality compensators, the Power Quality Controller based on modern power electronics are more flexible and effective to deal with different power quality problems in power net work.Firstly, this paper takes the Shunt Power Quality Controller (SPQC) as the research object. The background and signification of the research work is introduced, and the domestic and oversea development of PQC is summarized, and then the system configuration and basic operation principles are discussed.Secondly, the method based on instantaneous reactive power theory is researched, and the detecting precision affected by LPF is analyzed. Control method for compensation current is the key tache to accomplish the various functions of SPQC, and two control methods, which are prone to implement are introduced in detail. The simulation models are established by Matlab/Simulink in order to not only validate the correction and performance of detection and control methods, but understand principle of SPQC deeply as well.At last, the high-speed digital signal processing control platform is established based on the core of TMS320LF2407 in order to implement the fully-digital system. The sampling current signal board and the control board are designed, and the debugging is finished. The software of the system is programmed and the flow charts are given. The tests have been carried on in the laboratory environment. The results show that the hardware and software structure of the fully-digital control system based on DSP is reasonable and valid. It has been prepared for the further experiment.
