Development Of Controller For Power Quality Simulation

Electric energy is involved in all walks of life of national economy and people's daily life,and the influence of power quality on industrial production is more and more large.The simulation and monitoring of power quality problems provide a reliable experimental method and basis for solving power quality problems,the controller is one of the most important parts in the simulation and monitoring of power quality problems.For this reason,this paper takes the STM32F407VET6 chip as the core processor,and develops the controller of the power quality problem.The controller realizes the intelligent power quality problem simulation power supply and the voltage transient function of the test system.The controller processes the instructions of the PC software through the serial port in real time,The controller controls the running state of the system in real time according to the received command,and transmits the running state of the system to the host computer.The running state of the system includes the ready state,the ready state,the running state,the fault and the shutdown state,etc.When the system is in operation,it will output 12 SPWM pulse waveform in real time to realize the control of the IGBT device in order to realize the high precision output of the three-phase voltage,at the same time,it can realize the high precision output of different phases.The controller has been tested and verified,and realized the function of the system design and technical requirements.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of power quality simulation and testing system,and puts forward the overall design scheme of the controller.Then,the hardware and software design of the controller of power quality simulation is introduced in detail.Finally,the function of the controller is tested by software and hardware.
