Dynamic propulsive system is a basic component of Automatic Underwater Vehicle(AUV), in the development of propulsors , there were ever reversely running double propeller conduit propeller pump-ejecting propellers , and so on. In the world , each strong country has been trying one's best to research propellers. The integrated motor/rotor pump — ejecting propeller provides a new way for the development of propellers, it not only inherits the advantages of pump -ejecting propellers,but also has a lot of own advantages, the gravity and volume of AUV with this propeller are reduced , and the efficiency and reliability of that are improved , and so on.In my paper , I design and study the structure of the propeller and study the 3D modeling method , and use CFD software to perform numerical emulation. Considering that the propeller matches the motor/rotor and integrates with the motor/rotor in the structure, by using plane straight arrayed lamina bar theory , I design and calculate structure parameters of the propeller. Because the lamina and oriented lamina are two special kinds of curve parts , the geometry modeling of them is always the emphasis and difficulty in 3D modeling. Based on the 3D modeling functions of Solidworks ,this paper studies 3D modeling methods of them .and completes the 3D model of the propeller. At last , making use of a series of numerical emulations , I analyze results of emulation.Methods of the design, modeling and emulation by the computer in my paper shall have a important reference value for future researches and experiments.
