In order to realize the wind power generation system maximum output power, proposed the load control wind rotor and the generator move when maximum power track match technology measure. Between the wind power generation system's two major components wind wheel and the generator match technology, is the small wind power generation essential core technology. Two matches'effects directly affect the use factor of wind, and it's also affect the overall system performance characteristic, the efficiency and the year power rate. Therefore, the wind electricity system high efficiency is the wind power generation technology research keyThis article researches the output performance with the biggest C p in different wind speed, and established mathematical model based on the Wilson method Based on the Wilson method design rotate speed and the wind speed n = f(V),the torque and the wind speed M = f(V) and has established the torque and rotational speed characteristic M = f(n), as well as the entire machine load resistance value and the wind speed functional relation RL = f(V); Using the proposed wind rotor pattern to make a theoretical analysis about the input of he voltage and current, which get from the wind power system of the rare earth permanent magnetism alternator generation under the different rotational speed, Finally, this article confirms the theory by the experimental method.This topic independently designs the 200W small wind turbine. With the measure of load control power output match technology, namely adjust the wind power by the changes of the load. When the wind-driven generator runs, the change is caused by the imbalance between the out put of wind power machine and the input of load, and the effect of load control is adjusting load according to the changing rules of rotor, and using the changed load to absorbs the changed delivered power, and balanced the output and input again. Finally, we will get the biggest C P, and increased the operation efficiency. This topic carried the experiment with the vehicle to conduct the comparison research, the theoretical calculation result and the experimental result basically tallies, which will give a reference to the biggest power of small wind power machine.
