As coal, oil, natural gas and other traditions of non-renewable resources increasingly depleted, the world's growing energy crisis. In recent years, wind power, solar, tidal energy, nuclear energy, new energy gained attention, and faster development. Including wind energy as the most competitive new energy, the most development potential of renewable energy sources, gained a high degree of attention all over the world.The main research work of the subject is around design of the wind-power permanent magnet generator with opposite-rotation dual rotors, and currently dual-rotor machine is one of the focuses of the area, but due to the relatively new subject, less the relevant information, in particular the dual-rotor generator, so a lot of technical difficulties, such as: electromagnetic design, mechanical design, characteristics, temperature rise, loss calculation, analysis, and so on. This article mainly includes:Firstly, in response to the dual-rotor synchronous generator performance requirements, summarizing out electromagnetic design methods of dual-rotor permanent magnet synchronous generator. When designing this type of machine, the frequency of electric current generated by inner and outer rotors requires the same in electricity, mechanical structure requires the same inner and outer rotor speed, and because of the magnetic circuit problem, these features make the design of electromagnetic and ordinary permanent magnet synchronous generator with a lot of differences. Based on field-circuit method determine the dual-rotor synchronous generator's basic dimensions, provide a special ring winding connection method. Write this machine design program.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the machine and the relative position of the magnets, introduce the concept of cascade magnetic circuit and parallel connection magnetic circuit, and determine the calculation method of the machine parameters. Use ANSYS software to analyze the flux path, magnetic flux density distribution, inner and outer voltage waveforms, waveform distortion rate and voltage regulation of the no-load, rated load and light load situation.Finally, design the mechanical structure by concentric gear which can ensure inner and outer rotors counter-rotating with the same rotate speed, which provides the postulate of normal running state.
