The text told about a fatigue testing system of gears in drive-axle assembly of automobile which referred to vector control and DC-bus, and which referred to the drive-axle lubricating oil temperature computer controlling system.This fatigue testing system of gears in drive-axle of automobile, whose torsion is loaded by AC frequency conversion electromotor and the power circulate in testing bed is a computer controlling system which is used to control the temperature of lubricating oil real-timely with computer in order to simulate the the real vehicle working situation and evaluate the life-span of the drive-axle of heavy-duty trucks, especially the conic gears in the main reducer of the vehicle and the quality of the lubricating oil exactly. The whole system is composed of three parts:the test-bed whose torsion loaded is closed; the system of lubricating oil circulated out of the shell of the drive-axle; the computer system which is used to detect the useful signal and control the oil temperature.The text based on the QC/T533-1999(the rack testing methods about fatigue testing of gears in drive-axle assembly of automobile) and QC/T534-1999(the experimentations about fatigue testing of gears in drive-axle assembly of automobile). It includes control ing the temperature of the lubricating oil by applying the theory of modern controlling method with computer and the PID(proportion,integral and differential) controlling strategy which the integral part is apart when the difference between the input value and the feedback value goes over the bounds which you gived, in order to simulate the real vehicle working situation. Therefore, we can test and evaluate the life-span of our trial-produced product—automobile and the quality of the lubricating oil synthetically, then direct the development and the application of the new product experimentally.By applying the data saving function,curve drawing function and data analysis function, we accomplish the test and evaluation on the life-span of automobile drive-axle successfully. Furthermore, these results of the test theoretically direct the design,improvement,evaluation task on homemade automobile drive-axle and selection,development,improvement task on the gear lubricating oil.This test system meet the demand of design and use entirely, achieve well effect of testing, acquire good praise. So we can say, the achievement of researching and developing this project, not only meets the requirement of production in practice, but also contributes to the development of examining techniques of automobile for our country.
