Future intensive high-rise buildings in cities, characterized by: the collapse of the scope to allow more constrained; complex shape and structure. People are increasingly paying attention to demolition blasting safety.To demolition blasting operations, safety is the most important requirement. This paper analyzes the main hazards of demolition blasting, and introduces briefly safety management on the current demolition blasting. Demolition blasting must take measures to control the adverse effects; Control blasting damage; Control buildings collapsed direction and scope after the bursting; Control size of the broken block , and the scope of fly rocks; Control the seismic wave and shock waves caused by demolition blasting. Demolition blasting accidents as a result of fault of control, or blasting flying rocks, can give people's enormous loss and damage of lives and property.Production technique itself includes accident preventive measures. However, safety technology with the purpose of security, following special theories and principles, needs to be specially studied. Application of safety system engineering in demolition blasting has attracted people's attention. From the perspective of safety system engineering, accident is caused by unsafe acts of men and unsafe condition of material.1)Unsafe act of men: Investigation of the site is not carefully; Blasting design unreasonable; Adoption of incorrect method of blasting, Preventive measures aiming at controlling adverse blasting effects is wrong, or even worse there are no prevention measures; the quality of the project fell short of the designed requirements, including inaccuracy of drilling and filling. Act in haste; Focus only on economic benefits regardless of security, Take risks and act recklessly.2) Unsafe condition of material : the original incomplete data, study of the objects with special structure, proved to be very difficult; The environment is complex; blasting materials, sub-standard quality; face natural hazards (eg, earthquakes, typhoons, lightning and heavy rain, etc.) , and other irresistible reasons.Adverse environment is the material basis for accident, and management deficiencies are more important than these three factors affecting accidents. To accident in demolition blasting operation, management fault is indirect factors, which is the basic factor affecting accidents. Ultimately accident prevention should start with management, should begin with indirect factors affecting accidents. Both accident preventive measures and the main indirect factors influencing accident follow "3E" principle, which is internationally recognized "three pillars" to prevent disasters effectively, namely Engineering, Education and Enforcement. |
