| The blasting technology was applied in demolition industry and became a new special blasting technology—demolition blasting after world war II. It showed particular superiority since its application and was favored by people in blasting industry up to the present. However, it was a very dangerous industry with frequent accidents since it appeared. At present, people have taken its safe problem more and more into account. According to this, the paper conducted the research method of the safety assessment method and application of demolition blasting of buildings and structures.Primarily, with the guide of features of demolition blasting and basic principles of safety system engineering, the paper identified the major factors of danger and harm of the demolition blasting system of buildings and structures and pointed out the ways to deal with them. Secondly, based on the method of "4M1E" , the paper constructed a setup of safety assessment indices and put forward the assessment standard. Finally, a safety assessment method that was appropriate for the demolition blasting industry was proposed with the method of the fuzzy mathematic comprehensive assessment and verified with a living example. To assess the demolition blasting system objectively, the paper determined the weight of safe indices of the demolition blasting with analytical hierarchy process, then assessed the demolition blasting system with the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive assessment technology, then handled the result with the method of average with weight and safety rank character quantity and compared the two methods after computing the results. The final result can reflect assessment system's safety state objectively using the assessment method. |
