With the rapid development of our domestic economy, the pace of the track traffic construction in some middle or large scale of cities is speeding up by year. The urban track traffic contributes a lot to our country's economy, but it also brings about the correspondent negative influence to the environment near the railway as well. Considering the significant effect of the noise which caused by the track traffic, some negative impacts are sure to take place to the surroundings along the tracks. Noise is the major factor which leads to the environmental deterioration of the surroundings along the tracks. We are short of the technology of acceptance check and evaluation method. Owing to the incompleteness of relative standards and technical specification in monitoring and acceptance check process when the construction of urban track traffic project finishes, the unit of acceptance check and monitoring system demonstrate disunion in monitoring methods, and factors, frequency, content, data statistics and evaluation of the examination result.This essay sets down the acceptance check technology work procedure and main work content of " Technical Specification in Environmental Protection Acceptance Check When the program of the Construction of Urban Track Traffic Completes". It confirms the work range of the monitoring of these programs, selecting the principles of voluntary standards, and the emphasis of pollution abatement and exhaust analysis, assuring the quality control in setting spots, sampling, testing and the process of analyzing statistics data.
