Reproductive energy can protect environment and promote development of society and economy, so it gradually takes the place of no-reproductive energy. As one of reproductive energy, because of technique enhancing, increscent capacity and price cutting down, wind energy becomes more and more popular than others reproductive energy such as solar energy and ocean energy.Firstly, the paper gave the development and utilization of wind energy, as one of new generated technique, variable-speed constant-frequency (VSCF) power technique exhibits remarkable advantage and expansive applying foreground in the wind power generation. In the paper, adopted double-fed asynchronous generator to achieve variable-speed constant-frequency. Converter of double-fed asynchronous generator transfers revolutional slip power, so motor cost descends, weight lightens, most importantly, and control system can realize controlling neatly between active power and reactive power , but there are sliping-ring and brush in the generator. Second, the paper introduced the fundamental principle and energy dependence of variable-speed constant-frequency (VSCF) wind power generator, and educed the mathematical model of VSCF wind-power generator. By analyzing the excitation source of rotor part of doubly-fed asynchronous generator, introduced the control method of converter of rotor part , then introduced the no-load cutting-in technology of wind-power generator and educed the mathematical model of no-load to generator and control method .Lastly, the paper introduced how to design and text for control system of rotor Converter on TMS320F2812, SVPWM pulse modulating is the base of variable-speed constant-frequency of double-fed motor, all result of control algorithm transfer to input of SVPWM by variable , by this way controlled the exciting current frequency , voltage value and phase of rotor. TMS320F2812 is a new 32 bit DSP controller of TI (Texas Instruments) for motor control. it also is one of the most advanced processor.In the paper, major success is:1 After referred to many literature, grasped the fundamental theory of variable-speed constant-frequency and educed the mathematical model of VSCF wind-power generator, analyzed the control method of converter of rotor part, then introduced the no-load cutting-in technology of wind-power generator and educed the mathematical model of no-load to generator and control method ,at last , gave a method which was controlled by stator field-oriented control and rotor current in open loop.2 By debugging program, predominated the fundamental principle of TMS320F2812, could text program on DSP with c language ,solved all kinds of problem and trouble.3 Designed software of converter of rotor part, including SVPWM modulating, the communication between TMS320F2812 and PC ,AD convert,DA convert, speed detecting and coordinate transform ,then gave the experiment to validate the control method.
