The double-fed induction generator(DFIG) is one of the main kinds of generator in variable-speed constant-frequency(VSCF) wind power generating.Based on the analysis of wind power generating system, this paper uses the vector transformation method, sets up the model of wind power generating and simulates it.For the uncertainty of the parameter in the process of wind power generation cutting-in system, parameter perturbation model of the process of no-load cutting-in has been set up.The integral sliding-mode variable structure controller, designed for the model, can control the wind power generation cutting-in system robustly, rapidly and accurately with the parameter of generation are imprecise. In order to capture maximum wind energy,at the time of wind speed lower than the rate,we set up a mathematical model and design variable structure controllers. The controller cans implement of the doubly-fed induction generator active-reactive decoupling control and achieves the greatest wind energy tracking control. The simulation results show that the dynamic and static performances are ideal.
