Off-high way dump truck was a special transportation tool with heavy load bad road condition .Hydraulic control was very important in the off–high way dump truck.field. According to the latest international trends ,and new technology industrial condition, using load senser control techanical in the hydraulic system design.In the field of off-high way dump truck, the control technology with load–senor was applied to the steering system first time, moreover it was extended effectively on the steering and hoist system with matched perfectly. The optimization were realized by the steering and hoisting system integration. Therefore, the performance of hydraulic system was increased significently while the cost was decreased due to the mechanical-hydraulics servo-operated feedback control to the steering system applied.The ideas of the steering and hoisting system control and the heat-balance control have been described detailed. Furthermore, the analysis of the feature of the steering control system was done by classical control theory. Moreover, a digital simulation analysis model has been formed when designing to the off-state ladder device of the steering system by mean of the MATLAB software and analyzing with simulation method to the open–state steering loop control. The improvement methods have been obtained based on the simulation results.(1) The control theory was analyzed and the schematics of system the steering and hoisting system control according to the comparison of the hoisting control methods and the analysis of the experiment results.(2) The Weighting factor was built according to the use frequency of the truck rotation angle. The model of the relationship of the off-state ladder device of the steering system motion was deduced. The evaluation items about the optimization of the two steering devices were proposed. The optimize design based on the two evaluation items applied on the NHL projects.(3) The equations of flux continuity and force balance were obtained based on the analysis of the open-loop control of mechanical-hydraulics servo-operated feedback control to the steering system. Moreover, the simulation model has been constructed by the Simulink tools. The simulation involved in load, unload, control and anti-disterbing, and the projects has been improved according to the simulation results.(4) The relationship of loop transfer function, the ration of speed amplify, the inherent frequency, and so on were gained based on the dynamic analysis of open-loop steering by the classical control theory application. The system effects of each parameter were obtained by quantitative analysis of the steering control.The system proposed was tested in the mines and building sites. The results were shown that the system of the control technology with load–senor fitted for the requirements of engineering environments, and the correction of the simulation.The research involves in the vehicle engineering, hydraulic system, automation control, digital simulation and optimize design fields. The application of digital simulation has been provided great guideline on the steering and hoisting system integration during the engineering design.
