The hydraulic lifting system is widely used in large-scale construction equipment such as large-scale construction machinery,large-scale stage reversal and missile launching devices.During the use of equipment,the hydraulic lifting system faces severe load changes and poor system stability.High energy consumption,severe heat and other problems,how to improve the performance of the hydraulic lifting system has become one of the research hotspots.In this paper,the hydraulic lifting system of the dump truck is taken as the research object.According to the load driving force characteristics of the lifting mechanism,a hydraulic lifting system matched with the load is designed by using the co-simulation technology.Firstly,the composition of the lifting mechanism is determined,and the characteristics of the load driving force are analyzed according to the determined mechanism.It is found that the load driving force of the lifting mechanism decreases with the increase of the vertical angle,and a 3D model is established in SolidWorks;Using Adams to model the dynamics of the vertical mechanism and perform dynamic analysis,obtain the dynamics simulation data of the mechanism,use SolidWorks to perform finite element analysis on the vertical mechanism,and determine the parameter design of the mechanism to meet the safety requirements;again,according to The load characteristics of the lifting mechanism,the design of the hydraulic working principle matched with the system,and the hydraulic model are established in AMEsim according to the schematic diagram,and the hydraulic schematic design is verified.Finally,the Adams-AMEsim joint simulation model is established and simulated.The joint simulation data was obtained,and the joint simulation data and dynamic data were compared and analyzed to verify the rationality of designing the hydraulic lifting system.The final simulation data shows that the lift hydraulic system designed according to the load driving force characteristics can basically match the oil supply pressure with the load,and the system runs reliably and stably.At the same time,the system improves the performance of the vertical equipment and reduces the manufacturing.The manufacturing costs of the enterprise are of great help.
