| Articulated dump truck is a dump truck connected by hinged joints and oscillating rings between the front frame and the rear frame,and it realizes the steering function of the vehicle by the steering hydraulic cylinder driving the front and rear frame to rotate relatively around the hinged joints.With the small turning radius,good dynamic performance and strong driving force,articulated dump truck is more and more widely used in open pit mining.The hydraulic system of dump truck is composed of three parts: lifting system,steering system and braking system.The hydraulic system of the dump truck plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the vehicle and improving the operation efficiency,meanwhile too high or too low oil temperature will seriously affect the hydraulic system and the normal operation of the vehicle.Therefore,the research on the thermal balance characteristics of the dumper hydraulic system has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper takes the hydraulic system of 60 t articulated dump truck developed by a company as the research object.The main reason for the heat generated dump truck is the energy loss of hydraulic oil through piston pump and vane pump and the pressure loss produced by vane pump driving the hydraulic oil through high pressure filter,manifold valve,low pressure filter and system pipeline.After analyzing the heat production and heat dissipation of the main heating elements in the dump truck,the oil equilibrium temperature of the dumper hydraulic system is estimated preliminarily by the power loss method.The energetics model of heating element of dump truck is established and the simulation analysis on the thermal balance characteristics of the dumper hydraulic system is carried out by using AMESim software.The different optimization schemes on the dumper hydraulic system are put forward and the heat balance temperature is researched through simulation.The final result shows that the improved scheme is reasonable and feasible.The tank is an important cooling parts of the hydraulic system in the dump truck.The three-dimensional model of the hydraulic tank of the dump truck is established by using the fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT in order to improve the optimization of the fuel tank.The temperature of the initial fuel tank,the ribbed fuel tank and the tank with radiator installation is simulated,and the time curve of oil temperature in the tank is analysed in order to provide a reasonable improvement for the fuel tank. |
