It's very important to know the information of the thermodynamic process in the industrial furnace.The project group which this author work in has done much work on the detection and visualization of two and three-dimension temperature,and has successfully been used in the Temperature-Online-Detection-System of the Station Boiler.Based the forementioned technic, this paper will study on the Temperature Online Detection System of Industial Furnace,and enlarged this system to the whole third funace,included the preheating section,the first heating section,the second heating section and soak heating section.Besides the detection and visualization of three-dimension temperature of the funace,also trying to trace the thermodynamic changes of the heating billets,included the changes of the surface and inner of the heating billets,the suface heat flux of the heating billets,and so on.And at the same time display the results on a computer screen,offering the guiding informations of combustion control.In addition,this paper has built a mathematical model to rebuild the three-dimension temperature distribution and the surface heat flux distribution of a billet,via the analysis of the result of a black-box-test.The rebuilded result can be used to analyse the combustion status.
