Relay Coordination And Setting Management Integrated System Based On Hybrid Architecture

Relay coordination and setting management are the basic routine of relay protection department of power system control center. Otherwise, relay coordination and setting management are finished manually in the past. Although there are some relay coordination softwares and setting management softwares applied since 90s and these softwares have enhanced working efficiency to some extent, the relative department's settings can not be consistent because the relay coordination software and setting management software operated independently. Furthermore, these softwares can not be popularized because of their disadvantage of universality and scalability. So, it is meaningful to study and develop the software to realize the closed-loop operation of relay coordination and setting management, which has significant economic and social benefit. This thesis devotes to the relative problems in this field, including the design and development of relay coordination and setting management integrative system.Based on the analysis of the software function requirement and the features of C/S structure and B/S structure, this thesis designs the integrated relay coordination and setting management integrative system based on C/S and B/S hybrid architecture.This thesis describes the design on overall construction scheme and logical parts of the C/S based relay coordination subsystem in detail and discusses the relative problems. Comprehensive setting calculation function, strong data management function and friendly man-machine interactive are provided in the relay coordination subsystem.Based on the analysis of the business process of setting management, this thesis designes the functions of the setting management system. This subsystem has realized the auto control in setting list's management process and offered other relative functions. The characteristics of .NET development environment have been taken into account in the Web server security design.A self-defined setting list template method based on OWC Spreadsheet technology has been used to build Excel, which is the key of the operation of relay coordination and setting management integrative system and creates full digital setting lists through coordination. This method satisfied the relay device extending and the differences between regional management of setting lists, so it resolves basically the problems of universality and scalability in this kind of software.
