Research And Development On Power Plant Relay Coordination And Setting Management System

Coordination is the basis of secure operation of modern power plant. Otherwise, Coordination was finished by expert using his hand long time ago, Although there are some coordination software applied to power plant since 90s,these software have the core coordination function, but cannot popularize because of its disadvantage in flexibility and utility, So to develop new more flexible and practical coordination software will have significant economic and social benefit. This thesis devotes to the relative problems in this field, including the development of coordination software for power plant, the design on integrative system. This thesis implements the development of protection device integrative coordination system for power plant, whose main structure and functional division are circumstantiated, and some key problems of this system are simply discussed. This system realizes the integration of parameter management, fault calculation, the whole process of protective device coordination and setting requisition management. Coordination on the basis of self redefinition ensures the adaptability and flexibility. This thesis emphasize on some important relay arithmetic of power plant, and it is useful for the design of relay coordination system. In addition, the core module in this system, the protective relay coordination module, is particularly described, including its mainframe, data structure and the scheme of protective relay extending. This module instructs new framework of equipment setting coordination, whose uniform data structure and software flow scheme has a good base for the self redefinition of protective relay coordination. In the formation of requisition, this system adapts OWC Spreadsheet technology to ensure the area diversity in requisition uniform. Not only the coordination calculation system and requisition management system are tightly connected, but also users can define their requisition module to establish their suitable requisition uniform. Furthermore we establish the software controlling flow process by simulating customer examination and approval program.
