This paper designed a 2.4GHz wireless central monitor which can monitor ECG, respire and temperature of 1-4 patients simultaneously and alarm for the arrhythmia.2.4GHz wireless transmit and receive integrated chip nRF24E1 realizes the signal receiving and transmitting, which reduces the cost and volume of system. The FSK modulate mode increase the anti-jamming ability, the 2.4GHz modulate frequency which is belong to global open frequency channel expands the system application range. Selecting low power component reduces the power consume of the system and makes it work continuously more than 24 hours by only two dry batteries.Data receiver is connected to PC through USB interface, which increases the transmitting data bandwidth. High data transmitting rate can improve the performance of system and leave more space for future improvement. Making use of USB interface extendable ability can realize monitoring more than two patients at the same time easily.Win32 multithreading applications are adopted by Real-time monitor software. This design optimizes the structure of software and makes software run more efficiency. It can assure that the monitor data from more than two patients can be read, disposed and drawn on the screen in time. We accept the doctor's advice and design the review and analysis software. It is of powerful function and more convenient to use, satisfies the requirement of hospital.Based on the shape characteristic of ECG wave and differential threshold arithmetic we put forward a new ECG wave identifying arithmetic. It can identifies the P, Q, R, S, T wave of the ECG for most instance and can also calculate the heart rate, PR interval, QRS width, QT/QTc, ST segment and other parameters. From the value of heart rate and QRS width it can judge 8 kinds of arrhythmia.We have tested the system for many times, and prove that this central monitor system is reliable. We monitored an old patient who suffers the cardiopathy for more than 24 hours in hospital by this system, and obtained the praise of the patient and doctor.
