With people's living condition improving, central air conditioners are used widely, and the problem of air quality has got more and more recognition. In this paper, a monitor system of central air conditioner has been discussed which using CAN fieldbus technology and fuzzy controller to realize inspecting and controlling the factors to improve air quality. The CAN fieldbus has many virtues such as low cost, high reliability and efficiency.According to its own characteristic of distribute control system, this paper has explained structures and principles of configuration of the control system of central air conditioner. This article has also probed into problems of automatic control and energy-conservation of central air conditioners, in the way of fresh air system, and has prospected the tendency of control technology of central air conditioner.This topic has discussed the central air-conditioner monitor and control system that can communicate with CAN field bus. First according to the concrete application of air-conditioner, the essay proposed the entire control system design plan of the central air conditioner by comparing with several solutions of monitor system, then carried on detailed design to the whole control scheme including hardware architecture of scene control unit and detaileddevelopment of the whole monitoring system software. Secondly it gave a more thorough design on scene control unit hardware configurations and its main functions taking AT89C52 monolithic integrated circuit as its processor, discussed correspondence principles between the controller and upper position machine and realization of the sub-system, realized the application development of various functional modules with a minute module introducing of the control system intelligent sensing examination, the control execution, the keyboard demonstration and the breakdown report, and developed the user operating interface of the monitor and control system based on object-oriented integrated developing environment. Finally concerned with the most important factors influencing the comfortable extent of human body, this essay designed a temperature fuzzy control system on central air conditioner, and did more detailed development research on the fuzzy controller structure, the input output variable selection and the quantification, fuzzily control ruler database and fuzzily control table, to enhance the timeliness and the precision of the control system.At last the conclusion of this research can be used as an example by the manufacturers who produce central air conditioners. The research has a certain value of adjusting indoor air condition and accelerating the improvement of the industry of the central air conditioner.
